The
owner opened the restaurant to introduce Deutsch
food and culture to Korean, visiting Deutschland
several times since 1984.
So, the restaurant is alike an old
Deutsch bar. Since wall behind the soft sofas
is a big glass, you can enjoy great view outside,
and pictures of old and famous woodcuts bring
you the scent of Deutschland.
Some food is modified to less salty
and less sweet for Korean tastes. It opens until
05:00 am for those who come late. Popular dishes are 'Sausage sampler',
9 kinds of sausages with potato and sour kraut,
'Pickled pork with mashed potato',
and 'Chicken with Paprika (or herb)'. Especially,
pork dish is served cold after pork was pickled
in beer for remove pork smell, and baked. In addition,
traditional Deutsch beer, which is very thick,
Reubenbrae and Vex, as well as traditional Deutsch
black beer Botem also are popular.
