  Utilities and management fees, are estimated to be
250,000 for 3 bedrooms apartments(22-26pyung);
300,000per month for the larger 3 bedrooms apartments(31-36pyung);
350,000per month for the 4bedroom apartments(40-45pyung),
400,000 per for the larger 4 bedrooms apartments and villas(46- 64pyung), and
500,000per month for all units that exceed 65pyung.

Except for the E5/E6 share program personnel, the lessor is not obligated to include utilities in the contract. Bottled water and cable TV are not considered in the utility costs.
In order to protect the lessors from excessive utility charges, the following statements may be include .

For military personnel contracts :
  The lessor will pay all utilities, including management fees. If the average utilities for 12 months exceed?? won per month, lessor will provide receipts to the lessee and lessee agree to reimburse the excess utility charge from the security deposit prior to vacating the apartment.

For civilian contracts :
  The lessor will pay all utilities, including management fees. If the average utilities for 12 months exceed ?? won per month, the lessor will provide paid original receipt to the lessee agree to pay the excess utility charges. The lessee can then file a claim within the maximum of the lessee's LQA ceiling.
