A
resting place for Seoul's citizens
Built on a 495,000m2 piece of grassland in the
Ichon sector, Hangang Park is a place of rest
for those residing in Yongsan-gu.
There are many recreational facilities such as
a soccer field, volleyball court, and swimming
pool and basketball court.
The area is popular not only as a gathering place
for families or company outing, but also for people
to reminisce about their hometown in the sheds
built on stilts similar to the ones in the countryside.
